After acclaimed runs in London's Off West End and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2025, Boxed In is coming to a new theatrical home in London - details TBA soon!
After finding herself trapped in a cold, stark little room in the aftermath of a devastating heartbreak, we join A as she attempts to restore her fractured sense of identity, find a new understanding of the world around her, and regain some semblance of control over her unpredictable new life.
Deftly interweaving wry irreverence with heart-rending emotion, Boxed In is a story to which we can all relate: a young woman, riddled with paralysing OCD, crushing grief and an almost impenetrably cynical perspective on life, is forced to find the strength to confront the agonies of her past, and in so doing, forge a new hope from the ashes.

However, beset as A is by continuous, relentless and increasingly comical setbacks, this would be difficult enough - even without the presence of a small, innocuous brown wooden Box with far too much to say for itself for her liking ...
